SprintRay introduces a new resin for 3D printing of night rails and a fast post-processing station

SprintRay – a manufacturer of medical photopolymer 3D printers, has introduced a new resin – NightGuard Flex and a post-processing device – ProCure 2 to the European and Canadian markets. The manufacturer claims that the new products will enable dentists to design, 3D print, process and place individually tailored night splints in just one hour.

NightGuard Flex was created by SprintRay as one of the fastest and most comfortable night splint resins on the dental market, with 3D printing speeds twice as fast as competitor resins. The material allows you to create comfortable, durable and personalized night splints of biocompatible material.

ProCure 2 reduces the curing time of resins by up to ten times. Its specialized curing engine provides 25 times more light, which allows you to cure the night splint in 8 minutes, without the need to preheat it. ProCure 2 also features an intuitive, cloud-connected touch interface that syncs with your 3D printer.

SprintRay Cloud Design software allows you to contact external 3D designers and access designs generated by artificial intelligence. Users can use Cloud Design 24/7, receive finished designs in minutes, and easily upload patient data to receive personalized, AI-generated digital designs.
