3D Builder is an interesting application, which is rather non known among the users of Windows… It’s a program to create and edit 3D models, which was added for the first time to do Windows 8.1. In case of Win 10, it’s one of the most active applications. It’s kind of “Paintbrush for creating of 3D models”. 3D Builder is easy to use but it doesn’t have a lot of functions. The programme is still developed and improved. Recently, Microsoft has unveiled, that it is planning to integrate it witch i.materialise. It means, that the users can order professional 3D prints of their projects, which they created using 3D Builder.

i.materialise belongs to Belgian giant – Materialise. It is dedicated for individual users. It works like an American Shapeways or a French Sculpteo – you load your file file (or choose a ready model from library), than you choose a material and technology, or optionally a colour or finish combination, to realise your order. Your model is shipped to you in 2-3 weeks.

The integration of 3D Buildera with i.materialise will let to place your orders quickly and direct via the programme.  he new functionality will be ready in several weeks.
