Nexa3D has launched a new range of consumables dedicated to industrial and desktop 3D printers. xCERAMIC3280, xMODEL17-Clear and xFLEX402 have been developed in collaboration with polymer experts BASF and Henkel, offering functionality that opens up new application applications for users.

xCERAMIC3280 is a ceramic resin with a high heat deflection temperature and excellent tensile modulus. Parts made of this material have a ceramic look and feel. xMODEL17-Clear is a durable, translucent material that is ideal for precision prototyping. xFLEX402, on the other hand, has high elongation at break and tensile strength, which facilitates the creation of flexible and pliable parts.

The new materials expand the portfolio of resins used in the Nexa3D NXE and XiP 3D printers to more than 20. The company’s chief operating officer Kevin McAlea says the new products “reaffirm the company’s commitment to introducing resins that further expand customer application applications.”
