Technology Applied starts providing services on the HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210 3D printer

Technology Applied – the largest Polish company providing 3D printing services, announced the completion of the implementation and validation process of its new 3D printer – HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210. This is the first 3D printing machine from powdered plastics operating in MJF (MultiJet Fusion) technology in the Białystok offer a company that already has a number of SLS machines from the German company EOS. HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210 is the most modern 3D printer from an American company, offering 3D prints made of polyamides, polypropylene and TPU.

Technology Applied was founded in 2015 in Białystok by Kozak, who earlier – in 2012-2014 – co-founded Rapid Crafting. In addition to the HP 3D printer, the company uses e.g. from the SLS systems of the German company EOS, an industrial, large-format SLA 3D printer from the Italian DWS Systems and the constantly expanding fleet of FDM / FFF desktop 3D printers. It also has DyeMansion machines for automated post-processing and its own paint shop for ready 3D prints. The whole thing is connected by the 3YOURMIND production management and automatic valuation system.

HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210 series is a modern and high-performance industrial 3D printer with high throughput, counted in hundreds or thousands of parts produced per month. The dimensions of the working chamber are 380 x 284 x 380 mm, the maximum 3D printing speed is 5058 cm³/h, and the standard height of the printed layer is 0.08 mm. The machine uses materials such as polyamides PA11, PA12, PA12 GB (with glass fibre), BASF TPU and BASF PP (polypropylene). The 3D printer comes with a fully automated post-processing station. The delivery and installation of the HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210 was the responsibility of the Wroclaw distributor – Integart.
