Selective laser sintering (SLS) technology has gained wide acceptance in industrial manufacturing due to its versatility and ability to use a variety of materials. Resistance to chemicals and the ability to operate at temperatures up to 70°C make it a versatile option for use. Polyamide is white by default, but can be dyed any color. Dyeing methods include immersion dyeing, which offers color durability but a limited color palette, and spray varnishing, which allows you to choose any color from the RAL palette. TPU 1301 is a flexible material with high extensibility and elasticity. Its ability to elongate up to 200-250% and excellent shock-absorbing properties make it ideal for applications requiring flexibility and elasticity. The possibility of dyeing additionally increases its attractiveness. PA 3200 GF is a glass-reinforced polyamide that offers increased stiffness and durability. Glass balls increase abrasion resistance and allow operation at elevated temperatures. It is ideal for the production of rigid parts and components operating in difficult conditions.

PA2241 FR is a specialized, fire-resistant material based on polyamide, intended for the aerospace industry and electronic applications. Compliant with UL94 V-0, PA2241 FR provides FAR 25.853 Aerospace Class flame retardancy, halogen-free. Alumide is a unique blend of polyamide and aluminum, characterized by increased stiffness and a characteristic gray color. Alumide allows processing such as grinding and polishing, and its good thermal conductivity and high sinter density make it ideal for high temperature applications.
