Meltio announces partnership with 12 leading additive manufacturing software companies

Meltio – a Spanish manufacturer of 3D printers for metal based on the process of melting materials in the form of wire, announced the launch of a partner program – Meltio Engine Software Partners. It is intended to provide the company’s customers with access to a wide range of software solutions in order to find the best tools for integration with Meltio Engine CNC and Engine Robot Integration. 12 software companies joined the program.

Among the companies that made their resources available were SKM Informatik and SKM DCAM software, Adaxis and AdaOne software, AiBuild and AiSync software, Hexagon and Esprit software, Autodesk and Fusion 360 software, Camufacturing and Mastercam with Aplus+Mastercam software, OpenMind with Hypermill software , Siemens and SiemensNX software, 1ATechnologies and Hy5CAM software, ABB and RobotStudio 3D Printing PowerPack and SprutCAM X software developed by SprutCam.

Meltio provides an open platform for any robot or CNC machine, as well as software that allows any program to be used to produce metal parts. All this to facilitate the use of hybrid and robotic additive manufacturing. The new Meltio software ecosystem offers tools for various applications and industries with advanced 3D model preparation features such as fixed tool orientation, rotated surfaces, non-planar surface operations, simple surface coating, radial linings, 360° functions, variable layer deposition, repair of the controlled area and repair of the uncontrolled area.
