Małgorzata Misiewicz resigns from the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Zortrax

The Management Board of Zortrax S.A. with its registered office in Olsztyn, informed that on November 4, 2021, Ms. Małgorzata Misiewicz resigned from the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was submitted for personal reasons. Currently, the management board of Zortrax is represented only by Mariusz Babula, who took over as president on September 17 this year.

This is the unexpected end of a turmoil of positions on the management board of the largest Polish manufacturer of 3D printers. Małgorzata Misiewicz, who since 2016 has been the director of the management office and proxy at Zortrax, was appointed the president in June 2021, when the company merged with Corelens, thus entering the New Connect stock exchange. In mid-September, she became vice president of the company, giving way to Mariusz Babula. Now he is leaving the board completely.

At the same time, according to official documents, Misiewicz remains the president of the subsidiary Zortrax – Zortrax Dental SA, specializing in solutions dedicated to the dental industry.
