Chinese Farsoon Technologies is one of the largest manufacturers of 3D printers in China, specializing in the production of industrial additive 3D printing systems from powdered metals and polyamides. Now the company has announced a huge contract with another Chinese company – Falcontech, for the production and delivery of 50 metal machines, including a giant, custom-made additive system with a working area of 620 x 620 x 1100 mm.

Falcontech is a supplier of complete solutions in the field of additive technologies in China, specializing in 3D printing of metal applications for clients from the aviation industry. It also has its own production line of metal powders used in production. Falcontech also provides customers with part finishing, performance testing, equipment sales, consulting and services.

Falcontech is one of Farsoon’s investors – as part of the transaction, it purchased a total of 50 metal 3D printing systems, of which the first 22 will be delivered to it later this year. One of the ordered systems is a custom, large-format 3D printer for 3D printing from metal, with a working area of 620 x 620 x 1100 mm, much larger than the largest device in the company’s offer – FS1000P (with a working area of 1000 x 500 x 500 mm).
