Evonik – a leading chemical concern in the world, continues its expansion in the world of industrial 3D printing. The company specializing in the production of specialty chemicals has developed two new photopolymer resins – INFINAM RG 3101 L and INFINAM FL 6300 L. They are dedicated to work on SLA and DLP 3D printers.

INFINAM RG 3101 L is a specialized resin for use in SLA and DLP 3D printing technologies. The material combines impact resistance with high temperature resistance, while exhibiting long-term thermomechanical properties. 3D components printed from INFINAM RG 3101 L, such as drone components, buckles or automotive parts, can be machined and remain crack resistant even under high forces.

NFINAM FL 6300 L enables additive manufacturing of highly flexible 3D objects that are distinguished by the material properties necessary for elastomers: in addition to exceptional flexibility at low temperatures, it allows dynamic load cycles up to one million cycles. The material offers completely new production possibilities in the field of flexible components, and its users can be the sports industry in the area of using it in the production of shock-absorbing elements in shoes, handles or backpacks.
