Stratasys has introduced a new software module for medics, prosthetists and dentists in the form of the Digital Anatomy Creator. The solution is dedicated to Stratasys Digital Anatomy 3D printers and allows users to easily manage materials and adjust internal structures to obtain unique anatomical models that are a direct replica of the pathological and biological anatomy of the patient.

Stratasys Digital Anatomy 3D printers can create medical models for a wide range of applications, from diagnostics to patient education. With the Digital Anatomy Creator, users have access to additional options and controls to calibrate materials in 3D printers to meet their specific anatomical modeling needs. It also allows you to create ultra-realistic models that behave and react like real applications. Moreover, Digital Anatomy Creator enables users to easily create, duplicate and share projects.

In addition to introducing the Digital Anatomy Creator, Stratasys continues to work with Synopsys Simpleware, ScanIP Medical and Materialize Mimics inPrint to certify the Digital Anatomy and J5 MediJet 3D printers that will be included in FDA 510 – Medical Modeling Workflows. These certifications will give Stratasys customers access to workflows for diagnostic anatomical modeling.
