Bas de Jong takes over as Chief Operations Officer in 3YOURMIND

Bas de Jong – the current commercial director of 3YOURMIND, took the position of COO (Chief Operations Officer) and managing director. He will oversee the company’s strategic and day-to-day operations with the support of the co-founder and CEO of 3YOURMIND – Aleksander Ciszek. De Jong’s promotion follows the departure of the company’s co-founder Stephan Kühr, who will join the advisory board.

Bas de Jong brings over eight years of experience in the 3D printing industry, helping companies implement additive technologies. Previously, he was a member of the Dutch Ultimaker team, first as a product manager responsible for the implementation and development of the remote communication system for 3D printers (Ultimaker Print Management System), and then as the head of global business development. In his new role at 3YOURMIND, de Jong will use his customer-centric approach to sales and operations to accelerate the rollout of on-demand manufacturing software.
