At the beginning of the month we informed you about Zortrax’s financial results, which it achieved in the Q1 2016. The company gained an 13.84 mln PLN income, so two times more than one year ago at the same time. Additionally, net profit amounted 4.21 mln PLN, so also two times more than one year ago. Regarding these results, the company has set itself a high target for the next three quarters.

During recent General Meeting of Shareholders, Zortrax proclaimed a new motivating programme, which consist in giving a right to the board of directors and the key management board to take over 395 811 actions, when EBIT of the company (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) amounts at least 27 mln PLN. What is more, the company is going to achieve an operational profit of 36 mln PLN in 2017.

In declaration sent via ISBnews, Rafał Tomasiak – the CEO of Zortrax S.A. describes the plans of the company for the next two years as follows:

During last two years we were growing dynamically, that is why our motivating programme is connected with ambitious financial aims.

The people, who were taken into account in the motivating programme in 2016, will have a right to the actions, when when EBIT of the company amounts at least 27 mln PLN. In 2017 a condition of starting the motivating programme is EBIT of 36 mln PLN. EBIT is defined as income from sales of products, wares and materials, reduced of costs of products, which are sold out, a value of wares and materials, which are sold out and regular costs regardless marketing costs.

Rafał Tomasiak, Zortrax S.A.

Last year Zortrax wanted to achieve a 10 mln PLN profit, but there was a lack of 2 mln PLN. It met up with dissatisfaction of the shareholders, but the results for the Q1 2016 calmed them down. Obviously, the company knows partly results for the Q2 and regarding, that it sets itself a high target, we can assume, that they are also on a very high level.

Remember, that the orders of a long-awaited Zortrax Inventure haven’t been realised. It is possible, that when then come to the market, the dynamics of sales will also increase.
