Sygnis S.A., one of the two Polish companies listed on the NewConnect stock exchange, published financial results for the third quarter of 2022. The company generated revenues of PLN 5.9 million (EUR 1.2 million) – by PLN 1.8 million more than in the previous quarter and by over +5 million more than in the same period last year. From the beginning of the year, the Warsaw-based company generated a total revenue of PLN 22.7 million (EUR ~4,7 mln), mainly due to the first record quarter of 2022, when it generated over 50% of the current annual result.

Sygnis S.A. Group in the third quarter recorded a gross loss of PLN -747 thousand and a net loss of PLN -147 thousand. In the official announcement to shareholders, the company’s management explains this with the acquisition of Zmorph S.A. – polish manufacturer of desktop 3D printers, which is currently undergoing a thorough restructuring. In addition, changes were made to the design of the flagship 3D printer – Zmorph i500, the refreshed version of which is sent to customers. The company hopes that in the fourth quarter of this year – historically the best in terms of revenues in the entire 3D printing industry in the world, it will significantly improve financial results.

Currently, the Sygnis group consists of:

  • Sygnis New Technologies
  • Sygnis Nano Technologies
  • Sygnis Bio Technologies
  • Zmorph.

Formally, the group also includes the MODE_360 by Sygnis brand, which was sold to Orbitvu sp. z o.o. The transaction is still pending, and stage I of the transaction should be closed by the end of the year.

The group employs 81 people, of which 45 at Sygnis and 36 at Zmorph.
