Sygnis recorded in the first quarter of 2022 PLN 12.7 million in sales revenues, which means an increase by almost +12% compared to the entire previous year. The Sygnis Group’s net profit amounted to PLN 3.4 million and was +213% higher than in the entire 2021. The company’s record results were mainly influenced by the delivery of 3D printers under the Laboratoria Przyszłość program, as well as record deliveries of high technology devices.

The financial results presented in the interim report for the first quarter of 2022 are the first data from Sygnis S.A. The earlier annual report, as well as the comparable data for Q1 2021, present the combined pro-forma results of Sygnis New Technologies and MODE S.A. In the first quarter of this year. sales revenues amounted to PLN 12.7 million and were +260% higher than in the same period a year earlier. Even higher dynamics was recorded with the net profit, which exceeded PLN 3.4 million and was over 8 times higher than the value from the first quarter of 2021, when it amounted to PLN 0.4 million.

The first quarter of 2022 was a period of increased implementation of numerous orders. First of all, we have completed large deliveries for the Moje Bambino platform as part of the Laboratoria Przyszłość program. It is also the best quarter in terms of sales of devices from the “high technology” category, which brought over PLN 2 million from net revenues. What is worth paying attention to, however, is a significant share in the cost structure of R&D expenses as part of our key projects with global potential. We are therefore a self-sufficient technology company that uses sales and distribution to finance its innovative projects.

Andrzej Burgs – President of the Management Board of Sygnis S.A.
