Formnext 2021 – the largest 3D printing fair in the world, will be available only to people vaccinated against COVID-19 or those who have passed the disease with the status of the so-called “Convalescents.” This decision was made by the fair organizer – Mesago Messe Frankfurt in consultation with the Exhibitors’ Advisory Board.

People who have had COVID-19 infection will be able to verify their status with the appropriate document. People who have been vaccinated with an unlicensed vaccine in Germany will be required to show proof of vaccination and the current PCR test taken no later than 48 hours before entering the fair. A quick antigen test will not be sufficient proof.

Checkpoints will be set up at the fairgrounds in Frankfurt. People who pass the verification will not have to wear masks or comply with the so-called principles of social distance. The rules are mandatory for all Formnext participants – they apply to all employees of exhibitors and trade fair organizers and all service providers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the organizer reminds you that you must comply with the travel regulations that are in force (or will be applicable at the moment) in Germany.
