Technology Applied – the largest Polish service company specializing in 3D printing services, will present at the upcoming MSPO fair (International Defense Industry Exhibition) a whole range of 3D prints made using SLS and MJF technology, which have been perfectly smoothed with the DyeMansion system. Vaporfuse Surfacing technology offers a fully sealed finish for parts made of PA11, PA12, TPU or PP, in injection molding quality. The Technology Applied offer will be available at Targi Kielce, in hall H, stand no. 22.
The MSPO fair will be held on September 5-8 and will be entirely devoted to solutions for the arms industry. Technology Applied has been operating strongly in this production sector for years, implementing many prestigious (although confidential and security clauses) projects. An absolute novelty that will be presented by the company is a system for automatic finishing of powder prints made using SLS and MJF technologies on machines from the renowned German manufacturer DyeMansion.
Technology Applied has been using the company’s solutions for many years, but this year it implemented an absolute novelty in the form of a chemical steam smoothing system, which gives the parts perfect smoothness and tightness. This functionality will be particularly applicable in the aviation industry, drone production (air and water), electronics and some final details for end-use applications.
Technology Applied is a production company from Białystok founded in 2015 by a veteran of the additive industry in Poland – Jarosław Kozak. It is one of the most dynamically developing companies on the 3D printing market, which only this year implemented the most modern HP 3D printer – Jet Fusion 3D 5210 and the mentioned DyeMansion system.
