Technology Applied –the largest Polish company providing 3D printing services, received the ISO 9001 certificate for the quality management system. The certificate was issued by the prestigious certification body – TÜV NORD and confirms the application of the highest standards in quality management and all processes in the company. Certification has been granted for all additive manufacturing methods implemented by the company: SLS (3D printing from laser-sintered polyamide powders), SLA (photopolymerization of laser resins) and FDM (3D printing from thermoplastics). It also applies to all work related to post-production – automated grinding of 3D prints and their dyeing in any color.
“Receiving the ISO 9001 certificate is a confirmation of the image of a professional supplier and partner and enables cooperation with the most demanding customers from Poland, Europe and the world” – says Jarosław Kozak – founder and president of Technology Applied. “Our company produces thousands of parts a month using all the most popular additive methods on the market, offering comprehensive customer service – from design support, through 3D printing of single 3D models or production series of several thousand pieces each, to their comprehensive finishing so that the quality differed from elements made with traditional manufacturing techniques, such as injection molding or machining,” adds Kozak.
Technology Applied was founded in 2015 in Białystok by Kozak, who previously co-founded Rapid Crafting in 2012-2014. At work, the company uses SLS systems from the German company EOS and industrial SLA 3D printers from the Italian DWS Systems. It also has DyeMansion machines for automated post-processing and its own paint shop for ready 3D prints. The whole thing is connected by the 3YOURMIND production management and automatic valuation system.
The company is also a partner of the 3D Printing Center portal, offering the possibility of ordering 3D prints from its level:
