Zortrax SA informed that yesterday (16/01/24) Przemysław Krzemieniecki – vice-president of the company, resigned from this function as well as from sitting on its management board. The company did not provide reasons for the resignation. Currently, the only member of the Zortrax management board is its long-time president, Mariusz Babula.
Krzemieniecki is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Law of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, vice-chairman of the economic and commercial law section at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He has been associated with Zortrax since April 2018, first being a member of the company’s supervisory board, and from January 2020 to May 2023 its chairman. In May last year, he took over the position of vice-president of the company, from which he has just resigned.
On November 17, 2023, Zortrax announced the conclusion of an investment agreement with Artur Błasik – a stock exchange investor. As part of the investment agreement, the current management board, Mariusz Babula and Przemysław Krzemieniecki, will be joined by two more members recommended by Błasik. The company’s supervisory board is also to be expanded. Formal issues are to be approved during the company’s extraordinary general meeting, which is to be held by January 31, 2024.
