Hubert Gleba joins Technology Applied

Hubert Gleba – one of the most renowned managers in the Polish 3D printing industry, has joined the team of Technology Applied – the largest Polish company providing 3D printing services. Gleba, who for many years was associated with Materialise, Integart (distributor of HP3D printers in Poland) and Zmorph, will be responsible for the business development of Technology Applied in southern Poland and Western Europe.

Gleba began his career in the 3D printing industry at the end of 2011 as a manager at e-Prototypy, a company based in Wrocław, which was taken over by Belgian Materialise in early 2014. At Materialise, until 2018, he was the Key Account Manager, becoming one of the most recognizable figures in the industrial 3D printing sector in Poland. In the following years, he worked at Integart, where he was responsible for the promotion and sale of HP’s MultiJet Fusion technology and Zmorph, from which he left just before the company was taken over by Warsaw-based Sygnis. Since July 2023, Hubert Gleba has been representing Technology Applied, which provides 3D printing services in all the most important incremental methods available on the market, with the exception of 3D printing from metal powders.

“Technology Applied has been one of the leaders of the Polish 3D printing industry for many years, and after the recent implementation of the latest 3D printer – HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210, the company’s production capacity has increased even more” – says Gleba. “Now we can offer a comprehensive production offer of polymers – both powdered on MJF systems from HP and SLS of the German EOS, as well as light-curing resins in SLA technology and filaments in FDM / FFF technology. As one of the few companies in the country, we also have a modern and automated DyeMansion post-processing system and our own paint shop for ready 3D prints,” he adds.

Technology Applied is a production company from Białystok founded in 2015 by another industry veteran, Jarosław Kozak. It is also one of the most dynamically developing companies in the Polish 3D printing industry, which only this year implemented the most modern HP 3D printer – the aforementioned HP Jet Fusion 3D 5210 and expanded the existing DyeMansion installation with further modules for industrial surface finishing of 3D prints.

“Hubert Gleba is a well-known figure on the domestic 3D printing market, which is why we consider his joining our team both in business terms, where his competence in the area of 3D printing in powder technologies is an invaluable advantage, and in terms of image, because ‘simply everyone knows’ Hubert” – says Jarosław Kozak, CEO of Technology Applied. “As a person who has always been associated with Wrocław and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, we hope that he will help us strengthen our position as a key supplier of additive manufacturing parts in that region, as well as help develop our offer on Western European markets.”
