Henkel has established cooperation with Prodways – a French manufacturer of photopolymer 3D printers working in the patented DLP MOVINGLight technology. Thanks to this collaboration, Prodways users will have access to Loctite’s high-performance light-curing resins on the ProMaker industrial 3D printer.
Based on MovingLight technology, Prodways ProMaker LD 3D printers are equipped with large production platforms measuring 300 x 445 mm and provide high throughput and resolution – up to 40 microns per pixel on each part of the platform. By adding Loctite high performance resins, ProMaker LD 3D printer users can achieve industrial applications with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
“I am very proud of this new partnership, which strengthens Prodways ‘offerings and helps rapidly advance our customers’ innovation in the industrial manufacturing, automotive or consumer goods industries,” said Alban D’Halluin, CEO of Prodways Printers.
“This partnership gives our clients a real opportunity to go beyond prototyping to mass production in the area of 3D printing. The size and precision of Prodways machines, together with Loctite industrial resins, enable the production of fully functional parts for a much wider range of applications, ”said Sam Bail, director of 3D Printing Collaboration at Henkel.
