Zortrax is a Polish manufacturer of 3D printers whose devices are available in more than a hundred countries around the world. The company, trying to reach the largest group of recipients, tries to provide reliable information about its 3D printers. Zortrax specialists, Miłosz Bertman and Michał Siemaszko, have prepared a professional webinar on the capabilities of the M300 Dual. What can we find in it?
The video presents in detail the capabilities of the Zortrax M300 Dual device, including its most important functions. Particular attention was paid to the construction of the device extruder, equipped with two 3D printing heads. The extruder has two heads, left for applying model material and right, adapted for applying support material.
3D printing using two materials allows for the production of more complex models – the possibility of using soluble support filament eliminates the need for mechanical post-processing, which reduces the risk of damage to the model. The Z-Support Premium (BVOH) support material is compatible with other Zortrax materials, and its dissolution time is relatively short compared to other materials dedicated to making supports.
Zortrax M300 Dual was created for the production of additive functional prototypes, with particularly complex geometries and models, made for the needs of the medical industry. The device allows efficient production of both Zortrax materials and filaments from external manufacturers.
A large part of the material was devoted to discussing the functions of the device and how they optimize work with the device. The problem is no longer a blockage of material or a power outage – thanks to the resumption of 3D printing it is possible to continue it, without the risk of interrupting the 3D printing at the stage of applying the last layers.
The webinar lasts about 20 minutes – in this relatively short time we managed to include the most important technical information and clips from the work of the device, which are a practical representation of theoretical knowledge. The device features discussed in detail together with examples of their use in everyday work conditions mean that the webinar goes beyond the standard, theoretical lecture.
In addition, the material is divided into sections, bulleted in the form of a list, which allows simple navigation through the film and easy access to information that is of particular interest to us. Watching the webinar, you will find the answers to the following questions:
