Changes in the Management Board of Sygnis SA – Grzegorz Kaszyński resigns

The beginning of the new year brings some quite significant changes in one of the two Polish companies in the 3D printing industry listed on the NewConnect stock exchange. On Monday, January 9, the Supervisory Board of Sygnis appointed Olga Czerwińska and Joanna Danaj to the Management Board, who took the positions of vice-presidents of the company. In turn, the current vice president – Grzegorz Kaszyński resigned for personal reasons and, according to the information provided on LinkedIn, ended cooperation with her altogether. Kaszyński has been associated with Sygnis since 2018, and since last year he has also been the president of Zmorph – a Wrocław-based manufacturer of 3D printers, taken over by the company in mid-2022.

Olga Czerwińska, a graduate of the University of Warsaw in the field of Physics, served as CSO (Chief Scientific Officer). In 2019, she defended her doctoral thesis in the field of theoretical physics and cosmology. He has over six years of experience in conducting scientific research, educating pupils and students, and organizing national and international scientific conferences. She is a co-author of scientific articles published in international journals and an experienced speaker.

Joanna Danaj, former CFO (Chief Financial Officer), is a finance expert with many years of experience. He has over ten years of experience in positions in controlling and financial audit departments. It controls and optimizes costs, deals with reliable assessment of investment projects and economic and financial analyses.
