BASF Forward AM announced the introduction of a new, high-performance 3D printing resin – Ultracur3D RG 9400 B FR. The material is compatible and tested on Nexa3D XiP and XiP Pro 3D printers. The new, rigid resin has flame retardant properties in accordance with the UL 94 V-0 standard, providing users with excellent resistance to temperatures up to 250° C. Ultracur3D RG is also low-viscosity, easy to 3D print and process. 9400 B FR is an ideal material for technical applications where fire resistance is required.
